You can have your Accent-on-Business content management system configured so that it automatically displays recently updated content for you, automatically updating the home page. To achieve this there are two different blocks of content you can put on your home page (two is the default) -- features and briefs. Depending on the site design these could be anywhere on your
page(!). A feature is a major story, preferably with pictures and links to 'important' content within the site. A brief is a shorter story. Here is an example...
To add a feature story to your site, click on the Add new home page content button in the add/edit site content area. This looks just like the normal add an article screen. Fill in the title fields and select Home page feature from thdropdownwn menu. Then build your story using the content management system'wysiwygyg editor, adding links to your newest key pages and accentuating your current marketing message. Visitors prefer to click on links in a story to scrolling their way through menus, so time spent here can pay dividends in getting people to stick around on your site. You can use the content management system to add as many features as you like. Briefs are added in the same way except that text in the description field is ignored. And the story should have Home page brief selected as the parent.
